Dear Poetntial Real Estate Buyer/Seller:

  I recently purchased a home in the Fayetteville area and was fortunate to have discovered Charlie Yu from ERA Pennink And Strother.  I knew my price range and had a good idea about the general area I desired, but wa lost after that.  I called the Pennink agency to have a representative show me a condo I saw and that's when I met Charlie.  The condo was not what I want...too small; but Charlie got busy for me and within a week found the perfect home for me!  While I assume most agents can do this, I find it hard to believe that they could do it with the professionalism and personal integrity I found in Charlie.  He made certain everything was as it should be (repairs made, inspections performed, etc.) and transformed what could have easily been an extremetly stressful experience into one I actually enjoyed.  His honesty and authentic concern for my welfare were obvious throughout the entire purchasing process.
